My daughter's mac came back with 1 malware and 3 trojan alerts. I am new as of a few hours. read what i could but lost. it said it cannot be cleaned or deleted but can be cleared manually from the quarantine manager. i did do whatever i could but from what i read it says that they are still there. nothing was removed other than maybe a quarantine log... can anyone help? Does she have viruses or not? how do you get rid of the stuff when apparently your software says cannot get rid of them... what do i do - other than totally redoing her OS? Thank you so much.
