Curing Somoto BetterInstaller Reinfection

Somoto BetterInstaller is cleaned up by QM but comes back everyday. Serra showed how to use Console to find it in logs. Now what?

Somoto BetterInstaller Item Status: available for cleanup but it comes back at the start of every session.
/Volumes/TimeMachine/Backups.backupdb/Jonathan...Comuter/2015/11-07-005154/Macintosh HD/Applications/Unilities/FLVPlayerSetup-6sSs4Bc.exe

After the last scan of the backup (Time Machine drive) it says I need to manually cleanup.
Just find it and delete it?
