Problems with Sophos Home on Mac. Does not allow me to use existing account.

Hello there,

I am having a problem on my MacBook with 12.2.1.  Suddenly SOPHOS gives me an alert and does not allow me to log into my account any more:

the CREATE ACCOUNT is disabled. I have uninstalled and installed the HOMOS HOME software several times. It does not help.

    I've moved this thread to the "Free Tools" group as it didn't belong in the "Support Portal" group. In this case, I would recommend you contact our Sophos Home Team. I can see that you have installed a 3rd party AV solution along with Sophos Home. It isn't recommended to use two AV solutions at once as it might create conflicts when one AV is trying to clean up a file.
