SophosLinkIconHandler32.dll failed to register in Windows 7

I'm running Windows 7 and I got this when installing the Sophos Link Vulnerability tool, I get this error:

Error 1904.Module C:\Program Files\Sophos\Windows Shortcut Exploit Protection Tool\SophosLinkIconHandler32.dll failed to register.  HRESULT -2147220473.  Contact your support personnel.
MSI (s) (D0!70) [15:26:53:499]: Product: Sophos Windows Shortcut Exploit Protection Tool -- Error 1904.Module C:\Program Files\Sophos\Windows Shortcut Exploit Protection Tool\SophosLinkIconHandler32.dll failed to register.  HRESULT -2147220473.  Contact your support personnel.

Does that mean the tool is not active? My icons are still defaulted to a blank sheet of paper.
