How to satisfy a recurrent 'Security and Privacy' pop-up?

Hello,

I'm a new member. Joined because I've been clicking ignore for too long on an annoying pop-up and am hoping to actually solve it now. The pop-up states:

 

Sophos Endpoint

You need to change your 'Security & Privacy' settings in order to protect this computer.

Click 'Open Security & Privacy' and then click 'Allow' within the next screen.

 

In theory the next step is easy ... except there is no "Allow" option at the next screen. And so I am left with no choice but to repetitively hit "Close" to ignore the pop-up. I run 10.13.6 (High Sierra) on a 2018 MBPro, in case that helps anyone lead me to an alternative solution.

  • To celebrate the 10,000th time I have had to close the Sophos Endpoint Security & Privacy pop up because there is no "Allow" button in the Security and Privacy window, I am also asking for help to end this nightmare.  I have tried the suggestions in this thread to no avail. 

    MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 

    macOS Mojave

    If none of the above-mentioned suggestions helped you fix the issue, please open a support case with our Home team if you are using Sophos Home Premium. 

    If you are using the free version, please DM your account details so that I can look into it.

  • I too am having this problem.  Do not have an allow button on my Privacy and Security settings.  I added the Sophos program to my list of programs that has access, but that has not turned off the Security and Privacy pop up either.

    Joined just to log my own problem with this issue.  It's really incredibly annoying.  Even after deleting the app this message still keeps appearing very regularly and often.  The issue is the exact same as described above.  I'm using MBP 2019 with Mojave 10.14.5.  Answers please!!
