My home edition app fails to start.

When I want to use the SOPHOS app on my Mac it fails to start - I wondered if anyone had experienced this - and and any help would be appreciated

Hi BARRYGREENHOW,

Can you let me know if you using the free verison or the premium verion of Sophos Home? Also can you provide me the details of the Mac OS version that you are using?

It says premium version - High Sierra - 10-13-4

Thanks for the details, can you check if there are any Install.log generated in private/var/log location?
