Can't enable Real-Time Protection

Sophos for Mac Home Edition (2.0.3) is reporting real-time protection is disabled but when I try and enable it, the console says it is already enabled.

How do I troubleshoot?

Running MacOS 10.13.3

Hi Chris,

Try removing the machine from the console, uninstall the AV and reinstall it again.
