"Windows 10 Upgrade PRANK" blocks access to computer

Was adding a computer that "had a problem" but discovered "Windows 10 Upgrade PRANK by fediaFedia" was blocking any access. Anyone knows how to get rid of it?

    Doing a search online, looks like that it might be an browser-based prank website that you would visit and go into full screen to fool the end-user into thinking there was a non-ending update. Are you experiencing this issue where it was downloaded as a program rather than visited via a web browser? Are you able to end the task? Running our Sophos Virus Removal Tool?
