Sophos Encryption drive not Working on Windows 7 pro?

Hello, 
 
 we deploy Sophos Endpoint via the Sophos Central, we try to activate the encryption data but it's seems that all Windows 7 can't be encrypted. We have the message "Not Supported" for theres. But, all Windows 10 is "Encrypted". 
 
 After many search on Google, it's seems not working because in Windows 7 pro but just on the Entreprise Edition, bitlocker isn't supported and work on WIndows 10 pro. 
 
 Right? Can you confirm that? Can i do something else to activate the encryption? The target computer have the TPM integrated.

Hi Jullian, 
 Safeguard Encryption uses BitLocker to encrypt the machine. Unfortunately, BitLocker is unavailable for Windows 7 Professional and it cannot be downloaded and installed. It is available for Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Enterprise editions. Hence am afraid that is the reason why the Windows 7 machines are not getting encrypted.
