I have an emergency concerning Utimaco SGE v4.11 on a laptop and no ideas.
2 partitions - SYSTEM C:\ and DATA D:\
Problem :
It is impossible for me to log in the system using the Helpdesk credentials (admin profile) or the user credentials.
The challenge/response does not work to reset the user password and I can not uninstall Utimaco because the credentials are required.
Apparently the system does no longer recognize the Utimaco configured profile.
Even the system account has been tried with no success.
Any ideas to log in the system or to remove Utimaco so that I can access very important data stored on D:\ without format ?
