Client keeps synchronizing with server every 20-30 seconds

We have a system that has Sophos installed, out of the 200 systems encrypted this one for some resons keeps syncing with the server. I thought it was possibly some issue with the network connection but that was not the case I could see the server from the system. I also used wireshark to make sure that was ok and this did not show any issues with the syc or ack. It just keeps reaching out the server.

is this normal? I thought it was suppose to sync ever so often but not every 20 seconds. can something be done to stop this from happening?

    very unusual client behavior... I'm not aware of any issue that would keep the client to synchronize in that short interval and would suggest to open up a support request and provide support with a SafeGuard Client Tracefile that logs the actions of a Client.

    - Enable SafeGuard tracing (see KBA below)

    - Restart the Client and logon to Windows

    - Let the tracing record about 5 minutes and capture a synchronization with the SafeGuard Server

    - Disable tracing again and send the tracefile to support
