Outlook error since installing SafeGuard

I have a issue with outlook showing as disconnected since installing safeguard.

It is only affecting laptops with safeguard, but it could be triggered when they unplug a laptop and move to new desk meeting room etc.

I have tried rebooting the laptop and booting outlook in safemode but nothing works. If I wait about 2hours it comes back and starts working again.

Any one out there got any ideas for me?
