Error saphos

Hallo i have a problem with safaguard program.
I download trial version of safaguard. After dowdnload i run setup x64 (my version of windows is 64 bits). Instalation hasn't finished, instalator ask me to restart my computer and after this i cant turn on my computer to finish instalation. I got password/user name, but i dont know what write in "domain" . Everythink what i wrote here was wrong and i can't turn "OK"
Please help me.
And write me as soon as possible.

    thank you very much for posting. As it seems the POA has become active but the the Domain field is empty. In this case please open a new support request as the machine has to be recovered unfortunately.

    Normally the POA field is filled out automatically not requiring any additional / manual input.
