Sophos enterprise data encryption version 5.6 is freezing machine

 I just installed the new version of sophos onto a HP Probook 6450b.  The machine comes up fine, but after about a minute it locks completely up.  I'm unable to do anything besides a hard reboot of the machine. I also forgot to mention that it also caused \Boot\BCD Error with Status of 0Xc000000f as well.This is a 64bit machine with windows 7 professional.

    Actually I can tell you that the described behavior is nothing general that we would be aware off. Please be so kind and raise a new support call with further details so that the issue can be analyzed deeper.

    Furthermore the local support should be able to provide you with steps how to recover the machine.
