User locked error

I have a SOPHOS Safeguard encrypted laptop that the user can log into without any issue. But if I try to log into the laptop with my Domain account or local Admin account I get a "User Locked" error after the windows login screen. I've checked my account and it's not locked and I have no problems logging to other SOPHOS encrypted laptops. Does anyone know a fix for this?

    thank you very much for posting this one. With regards to your question I'd like to know if you have maybe denied guest user log on in your policies which could cause such a behavior eventually?

    Additionally check if the user is locked in SafeGuard Enterprise using the Management Center
