Sophs for Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 bit edition

Hi,

I have a large number of HDD images that are encrypted using Safeguard for XP, Windows 7 and Windows Vista. These images are actually external drives that can be connected to a system with USB drives. What is the best way to decrypt these on the fly? Ideally, I would like to have the decrypted files available on a Windows Server 2008 on an on-demand basis.

Can I install Sophos End Point security on a Windows Server 2008 and then access these files on a separate drive, or should I install Sophos on a NetApp fileserver and have the fileserver decrypt images of the HDDs?

Hi,
Do you have machine keys used to encrypt mentioned drives?
If you have keys it is possible to assign keys in SafeGaurd Management Centar and decrypt drives connected to USB.
