cannot install "Configuration Protection"

Hi,

On some Clients i can not install configuration protection. it is looking for a configuration SCC-File which i cannot find on the client machine. How can i solve the problem - where is the config file?

    What version are you installing, and what make/model of computer are you installing it onto?

    Also, what is your procedure/order for installing the various packages?  What settings are you using during the install?
