Configuration Protection USB 3.0 Root HUB blocked

Hi again

On our new laptops USB 3.0 Root HUB is blocked by "configuration protection". How can i unblock it ?

    Hi Daniel,

    I don't think it's all USB3 ports.

    I can't be 100% sure as we have a fleet of laptops of the same model, so not had anything else to check against.

    As far as I know it's ports with non standard labelling:

    Example 1: "NUSB3\ROOT_HUB30" (The N at the beginning could be 'NEC' (for manufacturer for example) would be blocked
    Example 2: "USB3\ROOT_HUB30" would be allowed.

    Does this make sense?
