Configuration Protection USB 3.0 Root HUB blocked

Hi again

On our new laptops USB 3.0 Root HUB is blocked by "configuration protection". How can i unblock it ?

    Hello everyone,

    We are experiencing an identical problem on some new model laptops we are testing with port configuration.

    Our USB 3 port ID's are IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30 and as previously mentioned, port auditor does not see them listed whatsoever, and they cant be added as "IUSB" is not a valid port according to the management center. We are using Sageguard 6.00.1.31.

    Did anyone ever come up with a solution to this to get the ports functioning?
