Web HelpDesk - No Challenge/Response Reports shown in Management Console

Hi,

There are no challenge/response reports shown in management console made by Web Help Desk (Event ID 2008). All other reports sent by a client machine are visible in management center. challenge/responses which are made over the console are reported. The report (.XML-File) seems to hang in LocalCache\auditing\sgmtranslog  of the management server. What do i have to do to get reports ?

    so I understand that the reporting did work but it has stopped after updating the back end? Is this correct?

    If so can you please open a ticket since I haven't seen this before then - usually installing the Client Configuration package should enable the logging into the DB.
