Web HelpDesk - No Challenge/Response Reports shown in Management Console

Hi,

There are no challenge/response reports shown in management console made by Web Help Desk (Event ID 2008). All other reports sent by a client machine are visible in management center. challenge/responses which are made over the console are reported. The report (.XML-File) seems to hang in LocalCache\auditing\sgmtranslog  of the management server. What do i have to do to get reports ?

  • Hi Dan Thx for your reply. I have installed Client Configuration Package before - the management server shows up in console, but no reports. We did an upgrade from version 5.40.0.152 to 5.50.0.116 then reporting stopped. We have reinstalled the Client Configuration afterwards - didn't help Any other idea ? schgu
