There are no challenge/response reports shown in management console made by Web Help Desk (Event ID 2008). All other reports sent by a client machine are visible in management center. challenge/responses which are made over the console are reported. The report (.XML-File) seems to hang in LocalCache\auditing\sgmtranslog of the management server. What do i have to do to get reports ?
