Web HelpDesk - No Challenge/Response Reports shown in Management Console

Hi,

There are no challenge/response reports shown in management console made by Web Help Desk (Event ID 2008). All other reports sent by a client machine are visible in management center. challenge/responses which are made over the console are reported. The report (.XML-File) seems to hang in LocalCache\auditing\sgmtranslog  of the management server. What do i have to do to get reports ?

    Thank you very much for posting this question and welcome to the forum!

    The Management Center does not write events into the database by default. In order to change this please install a Client Configuration package on the Management Center machine (the client itself not required).


    After that reboot the machine once > all events should now show up in the report section of the Management Center
