4.30.1 error

my computer keeps popping up this safeguard easy client installation dialog on every program i opened, could you help me on this? thanks

the dialog is "Please wait while Windows configures safegurad easy client 4.30.1"

    Hi 79John,

    this is usually an issue with the initial installation. Actually the Windows Installer is restarting in this case and tries to reconfigure the product.


    This can have multiple reasons.

    I'd suggest that you have a look at your other applications (such as AV, Firewall etc) that they are not blocking any file from the installation > in case that a file cannot be accessed then the Windows installer might come up again.

    In case that this does not solve your issue please be so kind and open a new support call. If doing so please provide a msinfo32 report saved as NFO file and a detailed description how you initially installed the product.
