5.6X SG Ent - new install user cannot pass POA

Hi.  Using the User's Active Directory account, I encrypted a new Dell Latitude E6520, with verion 5.6.0.192 Safeguard Enterprise.  I synchronized 4-5 times since the install and rebooted 3x.  His account is the, "Owner" in the Manangement Center Console (mine is just a user).  Yet, he cannot sign in to POA - I can just fine.  Console reports, "Error 2010, Logon POA failed. Log on method: password. Reason: Authentication failed".  This does not make sense since his account encrypted and synch has completed several times.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

  • Hi Dan.  Thanks for the response.  The user does not have any other accounts other than active directory.  I deleted the cert.  It took some time but eventually he repopulated and got into the POA.  I think the key is to have the user cable-connected to the network for an extended period of time.  It seems a manual synchronize and status check does not always work.
