5.6X SG Ent - new install user cannot pass POA

Hi.  Using the User's Active Directory account, I encrypted a new Dell Latitude E6520, with verion 5.6.0.192 Safeguard Enterprise.  I synchronized 4-5 times since the install and rebooted 3x.  His account is the, "Owner" in the Manangement Center Console (mine is just a user).  Yet, he cannot sign in to POA - I can just fine.  Console reports, "Error 2010, Logon POA failed. Log on method: password. Reason: Authentication failed".  This does not make sense since his account encrypted and synch has completed several times.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

    Hi Dan.  Thanks for the response.  The user does not have any other accounts other than active directory.  I deleted the cert.  It took some time but eventually he repopulated and got into the POA.  I think the key is to have the user cable-connected to the network for an extended period of time.  It seems a manual synchronize and status check does not always work.
