5.6X SG Ent - new install user cannot pass POA

Question

Hi. Using the User's Active Directory account, I encrypted a new Dell Latitude E6520, with verion 5.6.0.192 Safeguard Enterprise. I synchronized 4-5 times since the install and rebooted 3x. His account is the, "Owner" in the Manangement Center Console (mine is just a user). Yet, he cannot sign in to POA - I can just fine. Console reports, "Error 2010, Logon POA failed. Log on method: password. Reason: Authentication failed". This does not make sense since his account encrypted and synch has completed several times. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Jb111.

Thank you very much for posting. Did you check that the user does not have a second account with a different PW? What happens if you delete the cert in the Management Center and re-sync the user?
