Does anyone know if its possible to restart a machine with SafeGuard installed to allow a one off reboot without asking for user credentials at the POA screen. Bringing the machine back to a windows logon screen not the user desktop.
The majority of our users are remote and we VNC or gotoassist into their computer. Occasionally they leave us to fix the machines and they need rebooting. Leaving us with nothing to do until we can get them to input their password.
Ive noticed that there is WOL options in the policy editor with autologons options etc available. Could this possibly be used?
