Defining an admin account who can always login

Can I do the following in either Enterprise or Easy...?

I am rolling out Safeguard to 300 laptops.  I want to ensure that members of the IT team can always login to the encrypted laptops.  I was thinking about creating a user account in AD called safeguard with a password the IT team can know and somehow setting it so they have ownership rights on the machines. 

I need to roll out the software automatically and I don't want to have a member of the IT team to actually visit the machines and login to perform this task.  What shall I do?
