SGEasy install stops at 89%

Laptops coming in have 300gb harddrives.  Encryption does not complete on these harddrives until we repartition to 250gb.  Is there an actual harddrive size limit?  Do we need an upgrade?

    With regards to your description I can tell you that this is no known issue to us. According to our information there is no limitation with reagards to the size of the hard drive and performing encryption when using the latest version availble.

    In this case I suggest that you either try another installation with the latest version (you did not mention which version you are using) or in case that you are already using the latest version to open a call at our help desk.
