unable to view external drive data

Hi Team,

I am unable to browse or view any data when I am connecting USD storage drive to my system which is been protected through Sophos SafeGuard.

    Hi,

    Why not? Any error messages? Can you give us details, ie:

    • What was the drive encrypted with, BitLocker / FDE / FileEncryption
    • What's the OS on the machine
    • What version of SafeGuard are you running
    • etc etc

    Please provide the details of the issue so we can assist.
