I accidentally unlocked a BitLocker and decrypted the harddisk without un-installing Safeguard client. Now this PC with Safeguard installed but in decrypted mode, Can I un-install Safeguard or I need to encrypt the drive and do un-ins

Hello Jackie, 
 Encryption is just part of the reason for having SafeGuard on a machine, you can encrypt / decrypt as you please, you don't need to uninstall the software when you decrypt.
