Sophos Recovery Web Helpdesk

Question

HI All, 
 
 I have installed this feature but realised that only MSO's can use the recovery feature on both Web and in the console, as when I go to select the domain from the drop down (after which you can then search for a machine) nothing is displayed for Helpdesk level permissions. Anyone point me in the right direction I'm assume I need to grant permissions for this somewhere I just don't know where.

Hi Steve, 
 Correct, under Users and Computers select the folder / OU that you want to give the Helpdesk Officer permission to recover machines from. Click the Access tab. Drag over the Helpdesk Officer you want to assign. Click Save .
