Web Help Desk - Logon Failed

Hi All,

Today my techs reported tha the web help desk is faililng for all logon. I also tried creating a new account and didn't work either. I tried restarting the service with no luck. Are there any logs for the web help desk that could point me in the right direction?

Could be a database connection problem. Has anything changed between the IIS server and the database? Did the password on the database connection account change?
