Safeguard Easy Local Self Help Screen

Another request to disable the Local Self Help or at least make it easier than answering 10 questions exactly right.  Industry standard is maybe 3 questions.  My engineers do not have the patience for this!  Nor do i. 

Is it 10 questions though? I thought it was 20 with a minimum of 6 to be configured, with only two asked when the users perform the recovery?

Also if the local self help questions are stored in the Policy screen of the Safeguard management centre surely you could remove a load of them? Or is it different in Safeguard easy?
