Username and password do not match

I haven't seen this pop-up message before. Are you sure its generated from the SafeGuard Client and not any other software?

I believe so..Just started another encryption and got the same error when the user logged in.  Like I said..I can X out of it and there are no ill effects.  I will check out the logs and see where this is coming from.  Just assumed it was caused by Safeguard.  That's the only common theme.

This does not happen with the POA enabled profiles.

Edit...MIGHT have some network issues going on this certain subnet.  Gonna try a different subnet and see if they get the same error.

This was actually caused by Google Talk app.  Uninstalled and all good. :smileyhappy:

I am trying to open a file using my password on my home PC. I keep getting the message that passwords don't match. If I open the same file on my computer at work, it does recognize my password. What is the problem with my home computer?

Are you using SG Portable to open the file? It could be that the passphrase is different to the password you are entering?
