Hi Daniel,
If you are using SGE 5.50, you can create POA only accounts in the policy editor and apply these to the machine.
This means you have a user that is available just in the POA and can have any password you like and it will keep the Windows and POA passwords separate.

Does that mean you could have a service account set to allow support staff to access a machine?
