I have 3 users experiencing an issue. 2 of them are on 6.00.1.31 and the third is on 5.60.1.7. I have 60 users total, and these are the only 3 experiencing this issue. All 3 of them have different model laptops.
The problem is when they are typing in their password in the SafeGuard Logon box POA their cursor will randomly jump back to the beginning of the password field. So they have to type their password slowly and if it jumps back to the beginning manually move it back to the end.
What have I done to try and resolve this? Removed USB keyboard, ensured nothing was hitting the Home key on the laptop keyboard. Tried replacing the laptop keyboard. Updated all drivers to latest versions on their laptops.
Nothing has seemed to resolve the issue for them. This is ONLY happening in the Sophos POA password field. Once they are in Windows they have no problems.
Anyone else experienced this? I'm not finding anything online. I'm also going to open a case with Support.
