Workstation Locked after only a few days despite setting an 31 day policy

Hi

We seem to have a number of user that are working under policy that seem to be getting locked out only after an few days.

The users are field based and connecting via VPN so are seeing the server each time they go onto this.

The thing the users have in common is that they are using HP Spectre laptops and there passwords are set to not expire in AD

could this cause the problem?
