Drive Encryption Complete with Error Occured

Hi Guys,

I encountered the error when i tried to encrypt the drives on HP Notebook.

The encryption completed . But, the staus shown as "Error Occured".Please see the attached.

The Safeguard version is Safeguard Enterprise 6.10.

The Notebook Model is ProBook G430 G2 Notebook(Window 7 64 bit).

And,it's new notebook,check disk complete without bad sectors.

The Client installation complete without error.(Safeguard Preinstall, Safguard Client, Safeguard Configuartion Package )

Does anyone know what could be the problem??

I think that it might just be a poor choice of header for the message.
If "Show notify before close" is ticked it will display a message when the encryption has processed.
I think its also recomended not to do a chkdsk after a device is encrypted as the POA often mistakenly appears as a bad sector.

Hello Ye Lin,
can't comment on the potential error. One remark though: Judging from its label the D: drive seems to be the recovery (AKA factory reset) partition. I don't think that encrypting it is ... reasonable and meaningful.

i've already try to remove drive lable and hide the recovery partition. Then, encrypted again. But, i got same error.
