Dear Technical Team,
I had a case of /boot/bcd error thus I had followed the guide of fixing mbr and boot sector using the Safeguard WinPE 6.00.0.1.55. As per the guide I was able to access the encrypted drive using the Virtual Client method. But the procedure to fixmbr or repair bootsector failed, thus I had perform a reboot to the laptop.
Now as my last resort, I wanted to transfer the user data thus using the same WinPE enviroment and Virtual Client method. I was trying to access the encrypted drive, unfortunately in second attempt the Key ID is missing from the drive partition that has the user data.
I will attach the screenshot and you would see. I was able to access Drive Volume D on my first attempt, but after fix mbr and repair bootsector, I cannot see the Key ID for the same Volume.
Please help.
