Windows 7 System Restore isn't possible on an SGN5.50 Encrypted Client

Hi Community,

I have a great problem.

When I startet a Windows 7 computer, logged me succesfull on the POA. Then I press the F8-Key for secure mode, here I would like to make an system restore from my  Windows 7 computer. But no Windows system restore points are available. Before I encryptet the whole system, it was possible, also in Windows are system restore points available.

What am I doing wrong? Or isn't it possible, when the system is encryptet with SGN 5.50?

    Hi Johannes,

    System restore will only be possible in case that you step back to a point at which SGN is installed -. it is not possible to switch back the system to a point at which SafeGuard Enterprise is not installed;however, As it's not 100% known what exactly is saved and restored when using the SystemRestore from Windows we do not recommend to use it.
