Management Centre 5.60.1.7 not showing laptop users

Hi All, I am new to the forum so apologies in advance!

I recently had a problem with AD syncing within management centre. This was resolved by installing a hotfix relating to my particular issue. Since the installation of this hotfix management centre no longer shows the first/last name of the users of each encrypted laptop when performing an inventory on the domain. The columns are there but the fields are all blank! I am able to expand the laptop within the inventory and see the registered users but it was much easier to see which laptop belonged to people before hand. This happens on both the SGN server and my local workstation which has Management Centre installed (also applied hotfix to local workstation)  Any ideas?

Cheers

  • Hi Chairman_mo,

the hotfix you've implemented propably adressed an performance issue in the SafeGuard Enterprise Management Center.
With the latest Management Center fix, for performance reasons, the colums 'owner' with firstName and lastName are not displayed any more -- The hotfix still shows the column, but not its contents.

This is by design and is also implemented as of version 6.0, where the whole column is removed completely.

    Hope this helps,

    Chris
