Hi folks,
I installed Safe Guard Easy 4.50.3.19 recently. I am unable to enter it as it is not accepting my u/name nor my password. I am quite sure about the password I entered but during the installation no u/name was asked. Two passwords were asked and I used the same for both. As "user" without the quotes I am able to access the program but it is obviously crippled since I am unable to enter it as an administrator. I have used all u/names possible which includes Administrator, the computer name it is registered to as well as used the password for both the u/name and pword but nothing works. Can anyone please help as to how I can get access to the s/ware. I use a single user machine with Windows XP Professional SP2.
I am desperately in need of help as this s/ware before booting asks for the u/name and p/word and I am not being able to get in. PLEASE HELP. If anyone can tell me how I can uninstall the program that would be truly great. Hope to hear from someone soon.
