SGN Tray-Icon can't displayed in the taskbar?

Hello, i have a question to the community?

When i start a SGN Managed client then the SGN Tray-Icon can't infrequent displayed.
So i have no chance to see the machine status or make an manual synchronisation.
All Services with the name "SafeGuard" were still running. What can i do now?

Best Regars,
Johannes

I also found that logging out and in again will restore the systray icon.

But if you are in a pinch and need to perform a manual synch you can always use the CLI option.

Try running within a command prompt for a manual synch:

    C:\Windows\System32> SGMCmdIntn -s

For encrypton status you can also use this command:

    C:\Windows\System32> SGNState /L

    or for more options

    C:\Windows\System32> SGNState /?

    Happy hacking!
