Where are the release notes for SGN 5.50.1

Hi,

I've been waiting for SGN 5.50.1 as it was meant to have included certain DEFECT fixes. However I realise things can miss the boat, so I always try and read the release notes when an update is available.

According to the download section within the Utimaco website, the release notes are included with the download ZIP file.

However I can't find them. Only a PDF saying that Windows 7 X64 is a new feature. I know that, but what about the other fixes?

Are there any release notes including fixes in Black and White which include the DEFECT fixes?

After all, I'm not rolling out a new version because I GUESS the fixes are included!

    Hi John,

    Thank you for posting your question on the SophosTalk community forums. To respond to your questions, the Release Notes (RN) are usually a separate file to download than the ZIP. The reason is, after someone reads the RN (a small download), if there isn't a compelling reason to update to the newer version, then there is no need to your consume bandwidth downloading the updates. Also, SGN Release Notes have had a long standing practice of not including bug fixes in the RN.  If there is something specific you need to know is resolved in 5.50.1, please contact Sophos Technical Support and they will be able to provide clarity.
