My problem is rather simple, yet pretty frustrating to me and my users.
The problem is that the first keystroke in the PBA just after bootup of our Lenovo laptops, is not registered correctly. This results in a user typing in the PBA password, but the PBA does not register the first keystroke, which therefore leads to a "password is incorrect" message. The user then tries again and then it works just fine.
Until now we've been able to fix this little issue by typing in some characters, until we see that the PBA registers the input, then we clear the password field and enter the password. This is still a usable fix, but it is starting to frustrate both me and my users in the organisation.
It does not make any difference whether the Lenovo laptop is docked in a dockingstating, using a wired USB keyboard, or whether we use the keyboard in the laptop, its just the same scenario.
The Lenovo machines are all Thinkpad machines from these different models: L512, L520 and X220i
I really hope there is an easy fix to this issue.
