We are using Sophos SafeGuard in our organisation.
A colleague of mine has installed the software onto one of our Company laptops (HP 8440P) and is having an issue where encryption is getting stuck at 66%. He has attempted removing a re-installing the product, completely re-building the machine and has run utlities such as check disk. Unfortunately none of the steps that have been taken have made any difference.
Does anyone out there have any idea as to why this would be happening?
