    Dear Sir,

Thank you for you helping me :smileyhappy:

i was select "sophos" communication type rather than SSL, to avoid any problem in IIS.

    about your questions:

Did that message appear from the systray icon?    yes

Did you configure the client to use SSL but didn't configure the certificate properly on the IIS server or didn't add the Root CA to the client? I used now sophos method

Is the Primary Server configured in the client config package to use an IP, hostname or FQDN? FQDN

Can you ping the primary server from the client using what's configured as your Primary Server? I can resolve my server and reatched to it.

-I have used "Sophos Diagnostic tool " on the client, and found this message:

"Sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft SQL Native Client : An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections.. "

    Please advice me..

    Hi system7720,

I've seen that error before when MS SQL is installed and it's not properly enabled for inbound connections.

Please read through this Microsoft KB Article to ensure that your server will accept inbound connections.

I hope ths helps. If this works please let us know, if not then we can look at the issue more closely.
