Administrator or System acct locking out the workstation

We have a strange problem with some client computers getting the workstation locked message.  We see either the Administrator or System account attempts 10 times to authenticate very quickly (10 secs or so between each attempt).  the only common thread is that these computers are using the verizon access manager software and cisco anyconnect (vpn).  C/R does work but some users will call back within a day or two when it locks out again.  We have tried disconnecting the verizon connection while connected to vpn to simulate a "network drop", but haven't been able to repeat the issue.  Anybody seen this or have a similar experience?

  • Just to back this up. We are experiencing the similar situation and only with a couple of client computers.

    When the user leaves the internal network, the computer gets locked at some point.

    The client versions are 5.50.8 (not yet upgraded) and the server is 5.60.1

    The spamming accounts are System, Administrator & Admin.

    We have been trying to pinpoint the cause by trying to find the common aspect for these computers/users that would make them different from other systems with safeguard enterprise, but nothing special so far.
