I am using a Dell Latitude E5410 running Windows 7 Professional 32 SP1 and McAfee Enterprise 8.8. When I attempt to answer the Self-Help questions, I get so far and the receive the error "SGNMaster Application has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program." I had a similar problem with SafeGuard Easy 5.6.0 and had hoped this issue would be resolved if I used the upgraded version 5.6.1. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
