Migrating from Sophos Enterprise Console encryption to SGE

We need to migrate users across from Full Disk Encryption managed from SEC as this product is now longer available - however the two machines we have tested on so far have both ended up unable to boot after a couple of restarts - the POA window loads as normal then windows fails and suggests booting from disc to recover.

We cannot rollout a migrateion that will necessitate a revovery of every machine and 2 of 2 failures is not promissing, can anyone suggest a potential cause?

Hi Nate,
could you give us more details what migration in your case means (to which product are you migrating and what is the process you are following) and a more detailed error description (or screenshot) of the boot up issue you are facing of the machines?

We are followoing the process in step 5 of http://www.sophos.com/en-us/medialibrary/PDFs/migration/encag_561_lmgeng.pdf
We rolled out to two test endoints, both worked initially then after a couple of restarts the POA works but have been unable to start windows.

Do you see any particular error message or bluescreen with a stop code?

The 1st reboot atempts to repair windows the second shows an error code (i'll confirm what it is)
